Welcome to the Tim Modesitt State Farm Agent office in Vero Beach! Since 1992, my wife Kathy and I—both University of Florida alumni and State Farm agents—have proudly served our community. We’ve called Vero Beach home for nearly 40 years and serve the entire Florida area, including Sebastian, Wabasso, Fort Pierce, Lakewood Park, and Fellsmere. Whether new or longtime residents, our team provides knowledgeable, reliable support.

Family is my greatest joy. Kathy and I have five wonderful children, and we love traveling together—from Orlando’s theme parks to the mountains of North Carolina. Outside work, I enjoy fishing, cooking, golf, and giving back to our community through local schools and churches.
