"I had called State Farm to get a quote, halfway expecting there to be a robotic answering machine that I would have to fight through. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by an actual human. I was then transferred to Kaci to receive a quote. She was very high energy, and managed to provide me a quote with full explanations of each coverage and discount within MINUTES. I am wildly impressed by the service I received and the fact that this is a LOCAL OFFICE with no robots!"
