Welcome to the Tim Modesitt State Farm Agent office in Vero Beach, Florida! My journey with State Farm began in 1992, but my connection to this business runs even deeper. My wife, Kathy, and I are both University of Florida alumni and State Farm agents, and we love working together to serve our community. Vero Beach has been our home for nearly four decades, and we take pride in helping individuals and families feel confident about their insurance choices. We proudly serve the entire state of Florida, including Vero Beach, Sebastian, Wabasso, Fort Pierce, Lakewood Park, and Fellsmere. Whether you’ve lived here for years or are new to the area, my team and I are here to provide knowledgeable and reliable support.

Outside the office, family is my greatest joy. Kathy and I have five incredible children, and while our two oldest are proud Indian River State College alumni, we still have three at home that keep our lives very busy. We love traveling together, from visiting Orlando’s theme parks to exploring the North Carolina mountains. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, cooking, and playing golf, and I’m deeply committed to giving back to the community. I actively support the Indian River County chamber of Commerce, local schools and churches, finding fulfillment in serving others and building strong connections in the place I call home.
